Banana-raisin bran muffins

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Flour
¾ cup Whole wheat flour
cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
½ cup Buttermilk
½ cup Vegetable oil
2 mediums Banana -- mashed
2 cups Raisin bran

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, oil and bananas. Add buttermilk mixture and raisin bran flakes to dry ingredients; stir until ingredients are moistened.

Fill paper-lined muffin tins two-thirds full. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
