Barbecued curried fresh fruit

Ingredients

This sweet, ho sensation is wonderful served over frozen yogurt or
Vanilla ice cream
1 cup EACH, cantaloupe and honeydew melon balls, about 1/2 melon each)
1 cup Pineapple cubes, fresh or canned, drained
2 tablespoons Butter
¼ cup Packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Curry powder

Directions

Arrange melon balls and pineapple chunks in 8 inch square foil pan.

Pour 1 cup water into another 8 inch square foil pan. Place pan containing fruit into pan containing water. In small saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat, stir in sugar and curry poder. Spoon butter mixture evenly over fruit. Place pans on barbecue grill.

Grill over medium low heat 10-15 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
