Basic whole berry waffle^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Soaked berries, wheat, rye,
Barley
2 cups Water
3 tablespoons NUTS OR SEEDS
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Soak 1¼ cups of the berries overnight. Drain. Reserve water to make the 2 cups needed in the recipe. BLEND smooth, 1-2 minutes all of the other ingredients. Pour into hot iron.Bake 20 minutes.
