Basil parmesan biscuits

1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
1½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Basil |
2 | tablespoons | Fat-free Parmesan cheese |
1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
2 | cups | Fat-free plain yogurt |
1 | tablespoon | Skim milk -- at room |

Directions
Preheat oven at 350. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cheese. In another mixing bowl, combine oil, yogurt, and milk. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Place dough on well floured surface. Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll out dough until ½" thick. Using a cutter of choice, cut out shapes, gently reroll the scraps, to form 12 biscuits. Place biscuits on unprepared baking sheet, spacing 1" apart. Sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons cheese and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
