Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Pot roast
8 ounces Bottle of Catalina French
Dressing
½ cup Water
1 cup Sliced stuffed olives
8 smalls Onions
8 smalls Whole potatoes

Directions

Brown the roast in ¼ cup of French dressing. Add the remaining dressing and ½ cup of water. Cover and cook slowly for 2 to 2½ hours. Add olives, onions and potatoes. Cook 45 minutes more or until tender. Randy Rigg
