Beef barley skillet

Ingredients

¼ pounds Hamburger
4 tablespoons Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Chopped celery
2 tablespoons Chopped green pepper
teaspoon Tyme
¼ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
tablespoon Chile sauce
cup Canned tomatoes
½ cup Water
¼ cup Pearl barley, salt&pepper

Directions

Saute beef, onion, celery and green pepper. Pour off fat and stir in rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil then turn down heat and simmer until barley is cooked.
