Beef roast on the grill

Ingredients

1 | cup | Soy sauce |
6 | tablespoons | Sugar |
3 | cloves | Garlic; minced -OR- |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 | teaspoon | Ginger |
3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 | each | Lean roast, 3 to 4 pounds |
Directions
Mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice.
Cover roast with mixture; marinate in refrigerator for hours, occasionally turning roast.
Cook on grill for approximately 20 minutes on each side, or until done.
