Beefy crescent squares

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground beef; <or ground turkey> |
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced onion |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Catsup |
| 1 | can | Minestrone soup |
| 1 | pack | Crescent rolls |
| 1 | cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
Directions
Brown ground beef with onion and salt; drain. Stir in oregano, pepper, catsup and soup. Simmer 5 minutes. Place dough in 9x13-inch pan and fill erforations. Spoon meat mixture into pan. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-22 minutes.
