Beets in sour cream

Ingredients

16 ounces Can beets, drained and diced
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon Each garlic salt and pepper
¼ cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in 1 qt glass casserole. Stir gently to mix.

Microwave, covered, 3-5 minutes on High, or until heated through. Stir every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, 2-3 minutes before serving.
