Benedictine cheese

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese
1 slice Cucumber, 1 inch size
1 small Onion
Mayonnaise

Directions

Chop onion and cucumber and add to cheese. Thin with mayonnaise.

Color with green food coloring. Spread on crackers or bread. If using for dip, thin to the desired consistency with milk or cream.
