Quantity Ingredient
1 pint Beer; light or dark
2 tablespoons Sugar (less if dark beer is used)
3 drops Lemon juice (up to)
3 Egg yolks

Directions

Heat beer with sugar & lemon juice. Beat egg yolks with a little cold water & slowly fold into beer. Serve hot.
