Biscuit stuffin' on chops

Ingredients

6 Pork chops; 1/2\" thick
1 tablespoon Oil
10¾ ounce Can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Celery; chopped
1 cup Onions; chopped
1 Egg
¼ teaspoon Pepper
teaspoon Poultry seasoning or sage
ounce Can refrigerated biscuits

Directions

Heat oven to 350. In large skillet brown pork chops in oil. Place in ungreased 9 x 13" pan. In medium bowl, combine soup, celery, onions, egg, pepper and poultry seasoning; mix well. Separate dough into ten biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Stir biscuit pieces into soup mixture; spoon over meat. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until biscuit pieces are golden brown.
