½ cup Celery; diced
¼ cup Melted margarine; (2 oz.)
3 cups Croutons
½ cup Apple juice
cup Raisins
pounds Apples; peeled, cored &
; sliced
cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Apple juice
4 Center-cut rib chops; (13 oz.)

STUFFED CHOPS

Combine all stuffing ingredients together and toss. In saucepan, combine glaze ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer ½ hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split chops in half by making one cut from meat-side to bone. Leave connected at bone. Stuff each chop with approximately ¾ cup apple stuffing. Bake approximately 45 minutes to internal temperature of 165 degrees. Brush with glaze last 15 minutes. May be covered with foil, if browning too fast.
