1 | tablespoon | Black Pepper; cracked |
1 | tablespoon | Ree Pepper; ground |
1½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
1 | tablespoon | Salt |
1½ | teaspoon | Ginger; ground |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper; ground |
½ | teaspoon | White pepper; ground |
½ | cup | Brown Sugar; Packed |
¼ | cup | Sugar; granulated |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and grind into a powder. For use as an interesting alternative to ordinary rubs.
