Black bean dip #1

2 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Cooked Black Beans
¼ cup Minced Carrot
¼ cup Minced Celery
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Coriander
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Cilantro for Garnish

Directions

In a large bowl, coarsley mash half the beans with a fork. Add remaining whole beans and all the other ingredients, mixing well.

Cover,and chill 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
