¼ | cup | Minced Carrot |
¼ | cup | Minced Celery |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
1 | teaspoon | Cumin |
½ | teaspoon | Coriander |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | cup | Sour Cream |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped Fresh Cilantro |
Cilantro for Garnish |
Directions
In a large bowl, coarsley mash half the beans with a fork. Add remaining whole beans and all the other ingredients, mixing well.
Cover,and chill 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
