Blintz souffle for shavuot

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Stick of butter or margerine
4 Eggs
¼ cup Sugar
1 dash Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
cup Sour cream
12 Frozen blintzes

Directions

1. melt butter in 9x12 glass pan 2. line pan with blintzes

3. beat other ingredients together and add sour cream last 4. pour over blintzes
