Blintz souffle for shavuot

1 | Stick of butter or margerine | |
4 | Eggs | |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
1 | dash | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
1½ | cup | Sour cream |
12 | Frozen blintzes |
Directions
1. melt butter in 9x12 glass pan 2. line pan with blintzes
3. beat other ingredients together and add sour cream last 4. pour over blintzes
