Blue cheese butter

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Butter or margarine;softened
½ teaspoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Crumbled Blue cheese

Directions

To softened butter or margarine add lemon juice, worcestershire, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Fold in blue cheese and mix just till combined. Serve with meat or baked potatoes. Makes ¼ cup. Source: BH&G Summertime Cooking. Typos by Elizabeth Wood.
