Blue cheese walnut spread

1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
¼ cup Cold water
½ cup Boiling water
½ cup Sour cream
cup Milk
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces Blue cheese crumbled
1 pack (8-oz) softened cream
Cheese
½ cup Walnuts

Directions

In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand 3-4 minutes. Add boiling water and process at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add sour cream, milk, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and cheeses; process at high speed until blended. Add walnuts and process at low speed 5 seconds. Pour into 7½ x 3 ¾ x 2 ¼ inch loaf pan or 4 cup bowl; chill until firm.

Unmold onto lettuce-lined platter and serve, if desired with crackers, party=size breads and fruits.
