Blueberry relish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Vidalia Onion; Diced
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
cup Blueberries; Washed
Salt And Pepper; To Taste

Directions

If using a food processor, coarsely chop one small onion wedge and measure ¼ cup. Return to processor and add remaining ingredients. Or, dice onion and berries by hand and mix with remaining ingredients. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or until meal is served.

Makes 2 servings.
