Breaded herbed catfish fillets

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Fine, dry breadcrumbs
¼ cup All-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Chicken-flavored bouillon granules
1 teaspoon Dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon Dried whole dillweed
½ teaspoon Dried whole thyme
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
4 xes 14 oz farm-raised Catfish fillets
Butter-flavored vegetable cookiing spray

Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients. Coat fillets with cooking spray; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.

Serve with "Oven-Fried French Fries", "Oven-Fried Okra", "Oven-Fried Green Tomatoes"; (cf).
