| ½ | pounds | Brie cheese -- sliced thin |
| ½ | cup | Ham -- julienned |

Directions
Preheat oven to 450~. Spread mustard over crust. Arrange cheese spoke- fashion over mustard. Sprinkle with ham. Bake 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serve at room temperature. Per Slice: 275 Cal, 12 gr Fat.
