Individual mustard-goat cheese pizza

1 tablespoon Dijon mustart; or to taste
4 Prepared personal-size pizza crusts
4 Plum tomatoes; sliced lengthwise
3 Cloves garlic; thinly slice (up to 4)
4 tablespoons Chevre (goat cheese) crumbled

Directions

Vegeterian Times Low-Fat & Fast Preheat overn to 400 degrees F. Spread mustard evenly over pizza crusts.
