Ingredients

2 cups Milk
3 tablespoons Melted butter
2 tablespoons Chopped onion
3 tablespoons Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 tablespoon Garlic split
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
cup Boiling water
1 cup Cooked chopped broccoli

Directions

Cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour and seasoning. Add milk, stirring constantly until thick. Add cheese. Cook until melted. Remove from heat and put in crock-pot. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Stir in cheese mixture and blend in broccoli. Keep heated in crock-pot until served.
