Broccoli salad mold

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs Frozen Broccoli Spears; <OR>
1 bunch Fresh Broccoli; cook & chop lightly
4 Hard-Boiled Eggs; chopped
1 tablespoon Gelatin
¼ cup Cold Water
1 cup Condensed Consommé
¾ cup Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 dash Tabasco Sauce
1 tablespoon (Scant) Salt

Directions

Mix the broccoli and eggs. Soften the gelatin in cold water and add heated consommé. Stir until the consommé dissolves the gelatin; then add the rest of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a ring mold or 12 individual molds. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
