Broccoli salad mold

Ingredients

2 | packs | Frozen Broccoli Spears; <OR> |
1 | bunch | Fresh Broccoli; cook & chop lightly |
4 | Hard-Boiled Eggs; chopped | |
1 | tablespoon | Gelatin |
¼ | cup | Cold Water |
1 | cup | Condensed Consommé |
¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
4 | tablespoons | Worcestershire Sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon Juice |
1 | dash | Tabasco Sauce |
1 | tablespoon | (Scant) Salt |
Directions
Mix the broccoli and eggs. Soften the gelatin in cold water and add heated consommé. Stir until the consommé dissolves the gelatin; then add the rest of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a ring mold or 12 individual molds. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
