Broiled & curried scallops

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Fresh scallops
¼ cup Maple syrup
¼ cup Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon To 3 tsp curry powder

Directions

Line broiling pan with foil and arrange scallops on it. Combine syrup, mustard, lemon juice and curry powder. Brush half of sauce over scallops and slide pan under broiler for 5 minutes. Turn scallops, brush with remaining sauce and broil 5 more minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
