Broiled bluefish sauce

½ | cup | Honey |
½ | cup | Vinegar, cider |
1 | tablespoon | Parsley flakes |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Mustard, prepared |
¼ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | teaspoons | Pepper sauce, hot, liquid |
1 | teaspoon | Cornstarch or arrowroot |
Directions
Blend honey and mustard in saucepan over low heat. Stir in vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, parsley flakes, pepper sauce and salt. Add cornstarch or arrowroot and cook, stirring, over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Makes about 1-½ cup of basting for grilled or broiled Bluefish.
