2 cups Sliced fresh mushrooms
½ cup Finely chopped green onions including tops
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
3 cups Cooked brown rice cooked in beef broth

Directions

Cook mushrooms and onions in oil until tender. Add rice. Toss lightly. Heat thoroughly.
