Brown sugar shortbread puffs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
cup Margarine or butter;softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg yolk
cup All purpose flour

Directions

Heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and margarine umtil light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg yolk; blend well. Add flour; stir until mixture forms a smooth dough. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 F for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
