With a rolling pin, on a floured board, roll out each (2) pastry sheet, 1 at a time, to a 9 x 15-inch rectangle. Cut each pastry sheet into 15 (3 oz) rectangles. 2. Place 1 tsp chocolate chips and ½ tsp pecans in center of each dough square. Moisten edges with egg white and fold in half diagonally to form a triangle. Press edges together firmly to seal. Place on buttered baking sheets. Brush tops with egg white. 3.
Bake 10 to 12 mins, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
