Salami, tomato and basil bruschetta

Ingredients

4 slices Ciabatta bread
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 Ripe plum tomatoes; peeled and crushed
100 grams Danish salami; sliced (3 1/2oz)
50 grams Black olives; chopped (2oz)
Fresh basil; roughly chopped

Directions

Preheat the grill to a moderate setting.

Brush each side of the bread with olive oil and rub with the crushed garlic.

Toast the bread on both sides.

Spread the crushed tomatoes over each slice, top with the salami slices and olives.

Place under the grill for 5 minutes and top with the basil leaves. Serve immediately.
