Brushetta for 6

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 slices Bread, italian
Olive oil
6 eaches Garlic cloves, split
6 teaspoons Olive paste
2 cups Vegetable strips
½ cup Cheese, parmesan

Directions

Brush both sides of each thick slice of bread with oil, broil both sides to toast. rub slices with halved garlic. sprad one side with ½ tsp each olive paste Top with roasted vegetable strips ( see Roasted Vegetable Lasagna for instructions), top with cheese and serve Submitted By KATHERINE WALDEN On 10-19-95
