Olive oil | ||
6 | eaches | Garlic cloves, split |
6 | teaspoons | Olive paste |
2 | cups | Vegetable strips |
½ | cup | Cheese, parmesan |
Directions
Brush both sides of each thick slice of bread with oil, broil both sides to toast. rub slices with halved garlic. sprad one side with ½ tsp each olive paste Top with roasted vegetable strips ( see Roasted Vegetable Lasagna for instructions), top with cheese and serve Submitted By KATHERINE WALDEN On 10-19-95
