Brussel sprouts w/bacon and caraway seeds

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 ounces Bacon, cut into 1/4\" pieces
2 pounds Brussel sprouts, cooked almost through -or-
3 packs (10 oz) frozen, thawed under running water
¼ cup White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
1 teaspoon Coarse (kosher) salt
Black pepper to taste

Directions

Place bacon in a single layer in a 2½ quart microwave safe casserole dish with a tight fitting lid. Cover loosely with papper toweling.

Microwave at 100% power for 5 minutes 30 seconds or until done to taste.

Remove from microwave.

Remove bacon from dish with a slotted spoon; set aside. Stir in Brussels sprouts, vinegar and caraway seeds into the casserole dish. Cover with lid.

Microwave at 100 power for 10 minutes, stirring once. Remove from microwave. Stir in bacon, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
