Brussel sprouts with chestnuts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Brussels sprouts
cup Chestnuts, whole, peeled and cooked, (kept warm)
6 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Parboil the brussel sprouts until tender crisp, drain and refresh. In large skillet, melt the 6 tbsp butter and stir fry the chestnuts until they are starting to brown. Quickly add the brussel sprouts and continue to cook until brussel sprouts and chestnuts are warm all the way through. Serve immediately. Makes 8-10 servings.
