Buffet taco salad

Ingredients

1 large Corn chips, large bag
2 pounds Ground beef
2 packs Taco seasoning mix
1 can Kidney beans
12 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Onion, chopped
1 large Lettuce, 1 head
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 can Enchilada sauce
1 can Black olives, sliced
12 ounces Sour cream
8 ounces Guacamole

Directions

Brown ground beef with taco seasoning. Place items listed in a vugget fashion in the above order. Each person layers his own salad, starting with corn chips, ground beef and going down the list. There are other ingredients you may wish to add.
