Turkey taco salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground turkey
1 can (4.5 oz.) mild green chilies, drained
½ pack (4.5 oz.) taco seasoning mix
¼ cup Water
2 cups Shredded lettuce
2 Tomatoes; chopped
½ cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
½ Bag (8 oz.) baked tortilla chips

Directions

Saute turkey in large nonstick skillet over high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring with fork to break up clumps. Drain any fat from skillet. Stir in chilies, seasoning mix and water; cook over high heat until liquid is evaporated.

To serve: Divide meat mixture among plates. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with chips.
