Butter mochi #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Block butter
cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 can Evaported milk (2 C.)
20 ounces Mochiko
2 teaspoons Baking powder
12 ounces Coconut milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9x13 pan or 325 degrees in a pyrex pan. Use plastic knife to cut.
