Butter sauces - ancho-oregano-pecan butter

Toasted and ground in a
Spice grinder (approx.
4 ts)
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh oregano
1 tablespoon Gold tequila
3 Generous Tb chopped pecans
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ pounds Unsalted butter (1 stick).
