Buttermilk chess pie (theresa bryant)

Pie shell
¾ cup Buttermilk
¼ teaspoon Soda
2 cups Sugar
tablespoon Flour
½ cup Butter
3 eaches Beaten eggs, beaten
teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Partially bake the pie shell. Combine buttermilk and soda. Mix sugar and flour. Cream butter. Add sugar mixture, then eggs, salt, buttermilk, vanilla and vinegar. Beat well.

Pour into a partially baked pie shell. Bake about 30 minutes, until set and golden brown.
