Butternut squash casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Squash, butternut; cooked, and mashed
3 Eggs; beaten
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Milk
cup Butter (or marg.); melted
2 tablespoons Coconut, flaked
½ teaspoon Ginger, ground
½ teaspoon Coconut flavoring

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mixing well; pour into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
