Cabbage, cilantro and red pepper salad

8 cups Cabbage; chopped finely
1 medium Sweet red pepper; chopped
1 bunch Fresh cilantro; chopped
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
tablespoon Seasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Seasoning salt

Directions

>From: srasheed@... (Sam M Rasheed) Prepare vegetables and place them in salad bowl. Toss olive oil through the vegetable to coat them. Add rice vinegar & salt. Toss gently and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
