Cabbage and noodles

½ cup Onions; coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
2 cups Shredded cabbage
2 cups Cooked noodles
Salt and pepper to taste

Date: Wed, 26 Jun 1996 19:45:46 -0400 Saute onions in butter until golden. Stir in cabbage. Cover and cook gently until cabbage is barely tender: about 10 minutes. Add noodles and salt and pepper to taste. If noodles have been chilled, douse with hot water to separate, draining well before adding to cabbage mixture.
