Caesar dressing

Ingredients

1 each Egg
teaspoon Salt
5 teaspoons Coarsely ground black pepper
1 each Tb Garlic powder
can Anchovy fillets (2 oz can) drained and chopped
1 each Tb MSG (optional)
4 cups Oil
teaspoon Dry English-style mustard
3 eaches Tb Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Steak sauce
3 eaches Ds Hot pepper sauce
3 eaches Tb Worcestershire sauce
3 eaches Tb Wine vinegar
3 eaches Tb Catsup

Directions

Combine egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, anchovies, MSG, oil and mustard and mix with 1½ tablespoons lemon juice. Add steak sauce, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire, vinegar, catsup and remaining 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice. Beat until blended and thick.
