Cajun tofu kabobs

1 | each | Package firm tofu |
¼ | cup | Tomato juice |
1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
½ | teaspoon | Each, salt-pepper-chili powder |
½ | teaspoon | Each, dried oregano-thyme-dry mustard |
¼ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
dash | Hot pepper sauce |
Directions
Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes. Place in shallow dish and set aside. In saucepan, combine tomato juice, oil, paprika, salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano, thyme, mustard, worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Brush sauce over tofu, turning to coat evenly. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or in refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Thread cubes evenly onto four 8-inch soaked wooden skewers.
Place on greased grill over medium high heat, cover and cook turning occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until heated through. Makes about 4 servings.
