1 | pack | Spices & seasonings for Chili |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
1 | can | 14 1/2 Ounce tomatoes; cut up |
1 | can | 8 Ounce whole kernel corn; drained |
2¼ | ounce | Ripe olives; drained, sliced |
1½ | cup | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
2 | tablespoons | Yellow cornmeal |

In med. skillet, brown ground beef; drain. In med. bowl, combine milk, 1 cup cornmeal and eggs; blend well. Add ground beef and remaining ingredients except cheese and 2 Tbls. cornmeal; stir to mix. Pour into 12x8" lightly greased baking dish. Bake in 350F oven 35-40 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and 2 Tbls. cornmeal; continue baking until cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
