¾ pounds Ground beef
cup Milk
1 cup Yellow cornmeal
2 Egg; beaten
1 pack Spices & seasonings for Chili
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 can 14 1/2 Ounce tomatoes; cut up
1 can 8 Ounce whole kernel corn; drained
ounce Ripe olives; drained, sliced
cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
2 tablespoons Yellow cornmeal

In med. skillet, brown ground beef; drain. In med. bowl, combine milk, 1 cup cornmeal and eggs; blend well. Add ground beef and remaining ingredients except cheese and 2 Tbls. cornmeal; stir to mix. Pour into 12x8" lightly greased baking dish. Bake in 350F oven 35-40 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese and 2 Tbls. cornmeal; continue baking until cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
