San diego tamale pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Lean ground meat;
1 large Onion; chopped
2 cloves Garlic; minced
1 cup Yellow cornmeal;
1 can Ripe olives; pitted (6-oz)
pounds Longhorn cheese; grated
1 can Whole kernel corn;
2 cans Tomato paste; (6-oz ea)
1 can Enchilada sauce; (4-oz)
1 can Green chili, (4-oz)
1 tablespoon Chili powder;
1 cup Milk;

Directions

Brown meat, drain off fat. Add onion and garlic, heat, add everything except cheese. Pour into 3 qt casserole and bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes, uncovered. Add cheese and cook 5 - 10 minutes longer.
