San diego tamale pie

Ingredients

1½ | pounds | Lean ground meat; |
1 | large | Onion; chopped |
2 | cloves | Garlic; minced |
1 | cup | Yellow cornmeal; |
1 | can | Ripe olives; pitted (6-oz) |
1½ | pounds | Longhorn cheese; grated |
1 | can | Whole kernel corn; |
2 | cans | Tomato paste; (6-oz ea) |
1 | can | Enchilada sauce; (4-oz) |
1 | can | Green chili, (4-oz) |
1 | tablespoon | Chili powder; |
1 | cup | Milk; |
Directions
Brown meat, drain off fat. Add onion and garlic, heat, add everything except cheese. Pour into 3 qt casserole and bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes, uncovered. Add cheese and cook 5 - 10 minutes longer.
