Callfornla cheese soup

1 quart Water
2 eaches Chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup Celery -- diced
½ cup Onion -- diced
cup Potatoes -- diced peeled
1 cup Carrots -- diced
1 pack Frozen Callfornia Blend
Vegetables -- 16 ounces
2 cans Condensed cream of chicken
Soup
10¾ ounce Each undiluted
1 pounds Process cheese -- cut in
Cubes

Directions

Bring water to a boil in a large kettle; add next six ingredients.

Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until all vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes. Stir in soup and cheese; cook until soup is heated through and the cheese is melted. Yield: 10-12 servings (3 qts.) Recipe By : Taste of Home
