Camembert spread

8 ounces Camembert
8 ounces Cream Cheese;softened
3 tablespoons White Wine
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire
½ cup Pecans;ground

Directions

In mixing bowl, combine Camembert cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in wine. Add steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce.

Gradually add ground pecans. Mix well. Fill pastry bag with cheese mixture and spread mixture over melba toast, crackers or on French bread.

If you don't have a pastry bag, use knife to spread. There is enough mixture for 7 to 8 dozen canapes.
