cup Rolled or quick oats
¼ cup NUTS OR SEEDS
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
3 tablespoons YEAST FLAKES
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
cup Lemon juice

Directions
