Carol's cranberry salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Whole Fresh Cranberries
2 cups Sugar
2 Boxes Lemon Or Cherry Jello
½ cup Chopped Nuts
1 cup Chopped Apples
½ cup Chopped Celery
3 Whole Oranges; seeded and ground
1 cup Boiling Water

Directions

Grind berries in food chopper. Pour sugar over berries and set aside.

Dissolve jello in water. Refrigerate until partially set. Then mix with all other ingredients and mold into 9 x 13 mold, cut in squares when set.
