Quick couscous

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Vegetable stock
1 cup Quick-cooking couscous
Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Bring the stock to a boil. Stir in the couscous and salt and pepper. Bring the mixture back to a boil.

2. Cover the pan and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Correct the seasoning and fluff the couscous with a fork before serving.
